Artur Finkevich’s free time limited

9 June political prisoner was allowed to spend less than two hours out of the commendant’s headquaters. Yesterday major Uladzimir Mikhailau allowed Artur to leave the guarded territory for an hour and half. Protesting against the arbitrary behavior of the authorities the political prisoner refused such like “ mercy”, the Radio Svaboda informs.

According to Artur Finkevich, previously, the authorities either didn’t allow him to leave the guarded territory or released him for the whole day. Two hours are not enough for him to go to the sauna for washing, to the barber’s and to relax. The untidy outlook of the prisoner may become the reason for punishment. The shower at the commandant’s headquarters is out of order.

On Friday the acting head of the commandant’s headquarters Syargei Kuskou limited the time for visiting the political prisoner.
