Zmitser Fedaruk sentenced to 10 nights in prison

Such judgment was made by the Maskousky district court of Minsk. The youth activist was convicted of violating Article 17.1 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus (minor disorderly conduct).He was charged of swearing in the public place.

It is to be mentioned that the youngster was detained near the House of Justice where he had come to for supporting Kanstantsin Lukashou, the BelaPAN informs. Zmitser Fedaruk was present at the Lenisky court of Minsk where the verdict to Kanstantsin Lukashou was announced. Then after saying “good-bye” to his friends he left the court building and went to the bus-stop. Several minutes later he was detained and guarded to the department of internal affairs of the Maskousky district. The report of his case was made at the department of internal affairs of the Maskousky district. He spent the night at the remand jail of the chief department of internal affairs of the Minsk executive council in Akrestsin Street.
